WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED
Application code support
Hosting is included; debugging, feature development, and fixing application build errors are not.
Resource limits
CPU, memory, and storage are capped by your plan. Heavy traffic or workloads may need a different arrangement.
Files and backups
Uploaded files and offsite backups are not included in these student plans. Applications must not rely on persistent local files; ask us about a separately scoped storage or backup arrangement before subscribing.
Private repositories
Private GitHub repositories require connecting the Coremind Hub GitHub App during onboarding. Never put secrets in a repository or setup form.
Supported examples include PHP/MySQL, Node.js, Next.js, Python/FastAPI, Laravel, and PostgreSQL. We confirm exact framework compatibility during onboarding. If your project depends on a framework or runtime you are unsure about, ask us before subscribing. Assignment payments are non-refundable after activation, including when the project cannot be deployed.

Enter the email for your hosting account and confirm the renewal terms.
Submit project details
After payment, use the onboarding form once to provide your project name, framework, application port, and GitHub repository. Connect the GitHub App first for private repositories.
Receive your project URL
We prepare the deployment and email you when your project URL is ready.
Renewal, cancellation, compatibility, and refunds
Assignment Pass is RM 15 per month and automatically renews monthly. FYP Defense Pass is RM 99 every six months and automatically renews every six months. Cancel future renewals anytime using your private subscription management link; hosting remains available through the paid period. Assignment payments are non-refundable after activation, including where a project cannot be deployed. FYP customers may request a full refund within 72 hours if they cancel or the platform cannot support the framework they provide during onboarding; no partial refund applies after that window. Compatibility is checked during onboarding. If the stack is unsupported and you meet the FYP refund terms, contact us within 72 hours of purchase.
These plans do not include persistent file storage or offsite backups. Support response targets apply to hosting and infrastructure issues for active customers; application code, debugging, and build errors are outside the support scope.
