How Coremind Hub handles refunds for student hosting services.

Assignment Pass (Monthly)
No refunds are provided (non-refundable) after successful payment and service activation due to the short 30-day billing cycle.
FYP Defense Pass (6 Months)
You are eligible to request a full refund within the first 3 days (72 hours) of purchase if you cancel your project or if our platform cannot technically support the framework requirements you provide during onboarding. After 72 hours, no pro-rated refunds are provided if you complete your defense earlier than the 6-month period.
Suspended Accounts
No refunds will be provided if your account is suspended due to intentional resource abuse, such as cryptocurrency mining, spamming, or extreme memory/CPU limit violations.
